Este curso está diseñado para proporcionar a los estudiantes los conocimientos y habilidades necesarios para admitir y solucionar problemas de PC y dispositivos con Windows 10 en un entorno de dominio de Windows Server. Requisitos previos

Antes de asistir a este curso, los estudiantes deben tener:

La audiencia principal de este curso es el Técnico de soporte de escritorio para empresas (EDST), que brinda soporte de Nivel 2 a los usuarios que ejecutan computadoras personales (PC) con Windows 10 y dispositivos en organizaciones de medianas a grandes empresas, dentro de un entorno de dominio de Windows. Los EDST se centran en una amplia gama de problemas técnicos para los sistemas operativos (OS), dispositivos, servicios en la nube, aplicaciones, redes y soporte de hardware de Windows. En el escenario general, si una empresa ofrece el servicio, se le solicita al EDST que lo respalde.

Las responsabilidades clave incluyen resolver problemas técnicos relacionados con la instalación y migración de Windows 10, activación, rendimiento, perfiles, configuración; y sincronización de dispositivos.
